A behind-the-scenes look at how ice is made

Once the water is frozen, it is shifted to a storage depot from which it can be packed and sent to various locations. The big machines help by churning the ice until it is broken into smaller chunks, the size of ice that’s easy for coolers to contain a get nice and cold. Then, the ice is scooped and bagged so it’s ready to go to stores around the city and to area restaurants and events.
